Refund policy

You are entitled to exchange your product or return your order for a full refund redeemable with store credit. In order to start your request, please submit or send your notice thereof to Pheroe LLC and dispatch your products within 7 days of the date on which you have received the product, provided the product has not been materially used.

The notice must be sent to us via an email to hello@pheroe.com with (i) your order information, including your order number and date of order, and (ii) your desired preference for an exchange or store credit. Should you select an exchange, please specify the product within the collection you would like to exchange your original product with. Please note that you may only exchange a product once and that products outside the original product collection of your returned product collection are not valid on exchanges. In that instance, you will be issued store credit. Store credit is credited back to your account approximately 3 to 7 days after we receive your return or receive proof that the products have been sent back to Pheroe LLC. We will provide an address to send your products to once we receive your notice and notify you that your request is being processed. Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 to 7 days of receiving your original package or with proof of delivery.

Upon sending notification to us of your return or exchange request, please return the products as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after sending your notice. Packages sent after 3 days of notice are not valid for returns or exchanges.
