How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping to orders over $20 within the US.
Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged $2.99
For the rest of the world, shipping costs are passed on by the select carrier. We do not take an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. International shipping is passed on by your chosen carrier.
All international orders go through customs and can take weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long this process will take.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or sales tax.
How long will it take to get my order?
1) Process and dispatch
Orders containing Priority shipping are processed and dispatched to your selected carrier no later than the following business day after placing your order.
Regular orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
2) Transit
Depending on your preferred shipping method, please allow between 2-3 business days of transit. In some cases, transit may take up to 5 business days.
Overseas shipping can take anywhere between 7-21+ days.
Delivery details are always provided in your confirmation emails.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We offer USPS and UPS depending on your preferred method. In most cases, free shipping is generally first class shipping.
For faster shipping times, please select UPS.
Priority shipping is our way of expediting your order. We use first class shipping but you'll move to the top of the queue.
Can I return my product?
Yes, of course. If you aren't fully satisfied you can return your unused portion within 14 days for a full refund or request 1 free exchange equal to the amount paid.
