Shipping

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hello@pheroe.com with tracking information.


Pheroe currently ships exclusively to the US (excluding Guam and US Virgin Islands). In some cases, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, third-party warehouse staffing and general delays with your chosen carrier. Shipping costs for delayed orders due to external factors outside our control: weather, third-party or general delays with your desired carrier, regardless of delivery speed, are non-refundable. In some instances, shipping may be refundable if orders were not dispatched in a 72 hour window of when the order was placed. This refund is applicable during all months of the year excluding November and December where surges of demand and fulfillment become external factors beyond our control. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.  


Pheroe offers free standard shipping for all US orders over $70 and verified US email subscribers. For orders under $70 in the US, standard shipping is $2.95. Please note that free shipping will not work with orders over $500. Please contact hello@pheroe.com for us to manually add your free shipping coupon. This offer does not qualify for wholesalers.

Order not received?

Some carriers may prematurely mark a package as delivered so please give it one business day for your order to be delivered. We recommend asking neighbors, as carriers are known to make mistakes. If your package is marked delivered without receiving your order, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Tracking without pictures containing proof of delivery by the carrier will be reimbursed with a replenishment order as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Wrong shipping address

Please contact hello@pheroe.com as soon possible and somebody from our team will be able to rectify the situation by sending a replacement to your new address.

Damaged orders

In the event your item(s) was damaged in transit, please reach out to hello@pheroe.com and include a picture of the damaged item(s). If your item is cracked and/or is leaking, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

You are entitled to exchange your product or return your order for a full refund redeemable with store credit. In order to start your request, please submit or send your notice thereof to Pheroe LLC and dispatch your products within 21 days of the date on which you have received the product, provided the product has not been materially used. The notice must be sent to us via an email to hello@pheroe.com with (i) your order information, including your order number and date of order, and (ii) your desired preference for an exchange or store credit. Should you select an exchange, please specify the product within the collection you would like to exchange your original product with. Please note that you may only exchange a product once and that products outside the original product collection of your returned product collection are not valid on exchanges. In that instance, you will be issued store credit. Store credit is credited back to your account approximately 3 to 7 days after we receive your return or receive proof that the products have been sent back to Pheroe LLC. We will provide an address to send your products to once we receive your notice and notify you that your request is being processed. Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 to 7 days of receiving your original package or with proof of delivery. Upon sending notification to us of your return or exchange request, please return the products as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after sending your notice. Packages sent after 3 days of notice are not valid for returns or exchanges.
