We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will issue a refund.

We use concoction of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins you won't find in your typical fragrance bottle
JOJOBA OIL
Origin: Israel
Rich in: Copper, zinc and Vitamins E, C and B.
Hydrates and softens: Jojoba oil’s oily composition makes it an excellent moisturizer, giving your skin added protection against dryness.
AVOCADO OIL
Origin: Kenya
Rich in: Vitamin E, potassium, lecithin.
Promotes collagen production: Oleic acid found in Avocado oil may help grow new skin. This accelerates healing processes, helping issues like sunburn.
ROSEHIP SEED OIL
Origin: Chile
Rich in: Vitamin A and essential fatty acids.
May brighten skin: Retinoids in rosehip oil may help to lighten pigmentation.
MARULA OIL
Origin: South Africa
Rich in: Vitamins E, C, phosphorus, magnesium, iron.
High in antioxidants: Widely used in skin care products due to its effectiveness at keeping skin soft, supple, and moisturized.

Do you offer samples?
Nope, no samples. We offer a generous refund policy however, and we'll refund your money back within 24 hours if you don't like it.
How long do these last?
If you were to apply this everyday for the remainder of the year, you'll probably still have some left over. Needless to say - these puppies will last anywhere from 8 to 12 months, and then some.
What if i don't like it?
No hard feelings - send it back and we'll refund your money within 24 hours. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Do you charge shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $4.99 shipping when shipping one bottle. Buy 2 or more for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We're working on it.
How long will it take to get my order?
1) Process and dispatch - Orders containing Priority shipping are processed and dispatched to your selected carrier no later than the following business day after placing your order. Regular orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
2) Transit - Depending on your preferred shipping method, please allow between 2-3 business days of transit. In some cases, transit may take up to 5 business days.
Are there known allergens?
Unfortunately, yes. We advise those with allergies to refrain from using our cologne.
What's your refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of your order being marked delivered. We'll process the refund within 24 hours from the moment we receive the returned products.
My parcel was damaged in transit - what now?
Shoot us a picture of the damaged item to hello@pheroe.com and we'll dispatch a replacement bottle to you ASAP.
